Return Policy

At PremiumAttachments.com, our priority is to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase of high-end equipment and attachments. We recognize that these are significant investments, and we aim to make the return process clear, fair, and transparent.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Equipment must be in new, unused condition, with all original parts, manuals, and packaging.
  • Custom-built, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Drop-shipped products (such as from Progressive Turf or Maxx Attachments) may be subject to additional manufacturer return policies and restocking fees. We will work with you and the manufacturer to coordinate the process.

Restocking Fees

  • A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer and the condition of the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return freight unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation.
  • For drop-shipped items, we will assist in facilitating the claim with the manufacturer and coordinate replacements or repairs where applicable.

Return Process

  2. Ship the product back to the designated warehouse or manufacturer location. Items received without prior authorization may be refused.
  3. Once the product is inspected and approved, your refund (minus applicable restocking fees and shipping costs) will be processed.
