At PremiumAttachments.com, we are committed to supporting you throughout the lifetime of your equipment. While we currently do not stock parts in our warehouses, we work directly with our manufacturers to ensure you have access to genuine replacement parts and components when you need them.


How to Request Parts

  1. Submit a Parts Request Form
    • Provide your product details, including model number, serial number, and the part(s) you require.
    • Include photos if possible to help identify the correct components.
  2. Manufacturer Coordination
    • Once we receive your request, our team will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to confirm part availability and pricing.
    • Because Premium Attachments works with several suppliers (such as Peruzzo, Progressive, Maxx, and others), fulfillment timelines and warranty coverage may vary depending on the brand.
  3. Quotation & Payment
    • You will receive a parts quote from us that includes the manufacturer’s price plus any applicable freight.
    • Once confirmed and paid, we will place the order directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
  4. Delivery
    • All parts ship directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times may vary depending on brand inventory and shipping location.
    • Tracking details will be provided as soon as they are available.

Important Notes

  • All parts are genuine manufacturer parts to ensure proper fit and performance.
  • Warranty coverage on replacement parts is subject to the policies of the original manufacturer.
  • PremiumAttachments.com does not fulfill parts from our own warehouses; all orders are manufacturer-direct.
